Whether you own a single apartment or several units across different buildings, I manage your rental properties from start to finish: finding and screening the right tenant, collecting the rent, keeping the paperwork compliant with Luxembourg rental law and making sure your property stays in good condition. Every mandate is tailored to your property and your needs.

Viewings, applicant screening (identity, income, references), lease drafting and signing.

Detailed condition reports (état des lieux) with photos, key handover, security deposit follow-up.

Rent and service-charge collection, reminders, annual charges statement, monthly owner reporting.

Eligible rent increases tracked and notified on time, within the limits set by Luxembourg rental law.
